This Shipping Policy explains how Bravion LLC ("Bravion," "we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed on trybravion.com. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other events beyond our control. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time we do not ship internationally. We ship to standard U.S. residential and business addresses.
Accurate Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of the order. If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@trybravion.com or via live chat and we will do our best to help — though we cannot guarantee we can change an order once it has entered processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it at contact@trybravion.com or via live chat. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped we may be unable to modify or cancel it. In that case, our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies — see our Return & Refund Policy. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a short time for the tracking information to update after you receive it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Risk of loss for your order passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
- Lost in transit (before delivery). If tracking shows your package was not delivered and it appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@trybravion.com. We will help resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We will, however, gladly help you open a claim with the carrier. We recommend checking around your property, with household members, and with neighbors, and confirming the address on your order.
- Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will help you track your package and follow up with the carrier where we can.
