At Bravion LLC ("Bravion," "we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind every PestBlock Pods™ order. This Return & Refund Policy (the "Policy") explains your options if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made on trybravion.com (the "Website"). This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.
You do not need to ship anything back. There are no return fees, no restocking fees, and no return shipping costs. If you're not happy, we make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and, if you'd like, a quick note on what didn't work for you (your feedback helps us improve — but it is not required to receive your refund).
How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order.
- We typically process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Because no return is required, your full eligible amount is refunded with no deductions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 60 days of delivery at contact@trybravion.com or via live chat. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, with no need to return the original item. We may ask for a photo to help us improve quality control and prevent it from happening again.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
If you enroll in a subscription, the following applies:
- Same guarantee. Subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee described above.
- Cancel or pause anytime, self-service. You have 24/7 access to your customer account on the Website. From the Manage Subscription portal you can cancel your subscription, pause it, skip an order, or change your next order date at any time — with no fees and no penalties. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.
- Timing. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel before your next renewal/billing date. Cancellation applies to future renewals; any order already processed will ship and remains covered by the 60-day guarantee.
- Reminders. Before your subscription renews, we will send you a reminder by email, consistent with applicable law. The auto-renewal terms (price, billing frequency, and how to cancel) are also presented to you at checkout and in our Terms of Service.

Exchanges
Because we don't require returns, exchanges are easy: request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the product you'd prefer, or contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Limitations
This Policy applies to purchases made on trybravion.com. We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or part of a pattern of excessive or repeated claims. Nothing in this Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
